EVEN NOW

Privacy & Safety

What you share stays yours.

Your reflections are private, treated with respect, and kept in your control. This page is the plain-language explainer — what Even Now is, what it stores, how your Roadbook is handled, and how you stay in charge. The Privacy Policy remains the complete legal document.

What Even Now is — and is not

Even Now is a personalized companion that helps you find direction after a major life change, with Whitfield as your guide and a private Roadbook that makes progress visible.

Even Now is not therapy, counseling, coaching, or crisis care, and it is not a replacement for professional help. Knowing that boundary is part of using it safely.

What information may be stored

In plain terms, Even Now stores four kinds of information:

  • Account information. Your name and email address, used to run your account.
  • Journey and reflection data. The check-ins, reflections, and route progress you choose to record.
  • Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription, processed through the app store you purchased from.
  • Device and diagnostic data. Basic technical details — device type, app version — that keep the app running reliably.

How your Roadbook is handled

Your Roadbook is a private record, visible to you in your account — there's no audience, no scoreboard, and no social feed. Whitfield remembers your context so you never have to start over, but that memory exists to walk beside you, never to judge you.

We never sell your personal information, and your reflections are never put on display.

Third-party services, in plain terms

Like most modern apps, Even Now relies on a small set of service providers to operate: app store platforms handle purchases and billing, an email provider delivers the messages you've asked for, and standard infrastructure providers host and run the service. These providers process information only to perform those jobs.

The Privacy Policy is the authoritative source for how information is collected and used — this page is the summary, not the fine print.

How you stay in control

You decide what to share — nothing requires you to record more than you want to. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click. And you can leave entirely:

To request deletion of your account and data, email support@evennowusa.org. Once deleted, your journey and reflection data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

In an emergency or crisis

Even Now is not an emergency service and cannot respond to a crisis. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services right away, or in the United States call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Reach real-time human help first. Even Now can be there for the everyday road afterward.
