Even Now is a guided orientation system that helps people navigate life after an unexpected turn. It offers routes, check-ins, reflections, and a Roadbook to help you build direction and momentum over time.

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• Use Even Now for your own personal, lawful reflection and orientation.
• Understand that the content you record is your own and that you are responsible for it.

Even Now does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact a professional or your local emergency services.

Even Now may offer paid subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and pricing and billing periods are shown at purchase. You manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account.

Where you purchased a subscription through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's policies. Please submit refund requests through your app store account.

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your journey and reflection data. Contact us if you need help with deletion.

Even Now is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Even Now and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your use of Even Now is at your own discretion and risk.
